Erik visits from California

We enjoyed a visit one night with our nephew, Erik, who was on a business trip to our area for a few days. Mike, Josh, and Jenny took Erik to Downtown Disney Pleasure Island. (Ben and Sus were out-of-town). They enjoyed stopping at a new Harley-Davidson store which has custom Harley-Davidson motorcycles with unique paint schemes on display to see and to sit on. Ben graduates

Ben graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in physics. He has been hired as a Teacher’s Assistant at Florida State University, where he will pursue a PhD in physics. FSU is also paying for his tuition! All of us are very excited that Ben is starting a career in a field he enjoys. We are also very grateful to the Lord for providing financially for Ben to be able to follow his dream. Cocoa Beach weekend

We enjoyed two days at Cocoa Beach with our friends, Clair and Edie. It was very cold, so we did not swim, but we played football on the beach and watched a rocket launch at sunset. After dinner we went to Brevard Community College to look through their telescope. We saw a nebula and Saturn, too.
