What’s Twelve Cents Worth?

The sun had set. We were ready to be home after a great out-of-state trip. As we exited the turnpike, a work crew was repairing the toll booth that we usually breeze through with our transponder. So, Mike quickly turned into the exact-change lane behind two cars. We soon realized nothing was happening. The car in the booth area simply sat, the toll gate barring the way. Moving Josh to Aiken

We had a great four-day trip to help Josh settle in for his first job after college. The movers picked up his things on Thursday, August 26th. We drove about eight hours on Friday to South Carolina and shopped for some things Saturday. The movers arrived at 8 PM on Saturday. Twenty-four hours later, we had assembled the IKEA furniture Josh had purchased in Orlando and had most everything unpacked. So, we just had enough time to do everything we thought of to help him. Ginger Snaps

“Ginger snaps! They’re my favorite cookie!” Isaac exclaimed. “I don’t know, though… If I had to choose between sugar cookies and ginger snaps…” Edward and Isaac had just started labeling and loading my son’s boxes into their moving van. The Sower on CCCI.ORG (2010)

Sus was honored that a friend, one of the writers for Campus Crusade’s main web site, ccci.org, asked if she could publish one of Sus’ blog entries from her online journal, The Sower.
