We have had the privilege over the years to attend FamilyLife’s Weekend To Remember Conferences several times. Back in 1976, Campus Crusade for Christ started a family ministry, which focused on providing pre-marriage seminars to our staff members. Only two years later, we began offering these weekend conferences to anyone. The ministry has grown to over 150 conferences per year. We encourage couples to go who want to refresh their marriage or to rescue a damaged relationship. Finally, Eduardo was stepping out to his car. I had been gardening and hoped he would come outside. We had a nice, leisurely day at Gatorland last Saturday. Sus is an avid birdwatcher so she especially enjoyed seeing the rookery. We watched egrets build nests and saw an egg in one nest and an adult feeding a hatchling in another one! We also saw four spoonbills nesting. The late sun over the lagoon made for good photography. Gatorland is offering a Florida resident special through February, so the park was crowded, but crowds were thinnest either early in the day or late.
