Cru Has Selected Our Next President

David and Meg Robbins

[UPDATED: June 13, 2025, to remove broken links.]

Cru’s Board of Directors named our new president, David Robbins, this week.

David joined staff with Cru in 2000. He worked with students at various American universities and in Pisa, Italy. Later, he was a Regional Director of campus ministries across the Southeast.

In 2012, David, and his wife, Meg, helped launch Cru’s ministry to millennials in New York City. They worked with partnerships in the body of Christ to build a network. Cru has now established teams to reach 20-somethings in fifteen cities. The strategy spread nationwide and to other countries.

David became president of Cru’s FamilyLife Ministry in December 2017. He built upon the four-decades-long foundation laid by Dennis and Barbara Rainey. He took the FamilyLife ministry through a move from Little Rock to Orlando. The COVID-19 pandemic hit right in the middle of this transition. Meg pioneered new family missions trips.

Thank you for praying for David and Meg and their family as they prepare for this major transition in leadership.
