Jenny Makes Second Campus Visit

Yes, our youngest is checking out colleges. Last year, we visited Flagler College. Today, we visited University of Florida. We will be going to visit Florida State in about six weeks. I took this photo of Jenny in The Swamp (UF’s stadium) with my little camera on my phone. After the tour, we met Josh and Ben who was visiting from Tallahassee. A Tale of Three Cities

In one day, we “started” three kids in three schools in three cities! Jenny was first as she headed off to high school this morning. She is glad to be a junior, but was not happy that summer vacation is over. She is especially looking forward to her higher level IB theater coursework. Ben graduates

Ben graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in physics. He has been hired as a Teacher’s Assistant at Florida State University, where he will pursue a PhD in physics. FSU is also paying for his tuition! All of us are very excited that Ben is starting a career in a field he enjoys. We are also very grateful to the Lord for providing financially for Ben to be able to follow his dream.
