We’ve been able to explore some of the many good restaurants in DeLand, Florida, often walking from Stetson University campus to the historic downtown. I’ll add to this list over time.  We recommend all of these. Restaurants in DeLand, Florida Angelina’s Pizzeria has delicious pizzas and Italian food at affordable prices.  Our portions were large, so you could share. Bill & Frank’s Brickhouse Grill has delicious food, but can get too crazy-busy on a weekend night, so try another time. 75th Bach Festival

This year is the 75th anniversary of the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park. Tonight, we attended a free open rehearsal for the big anniversary concert that will be performed on the 20th. Prince Caspian

Jenny was looking forward for more than a year to the release of the next Narnia movie, Prince Caspian. We made sure we saw the movie on opening weekend. After that, we had some Disney passes, which were going to expire, from when Ben and Josh used to work at Walt Disney World. So, we enjoyed a day together as a family at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Mike and Sus celebrate 25th anniversary

The kids surprised us with a delicious barbecue dinner at the ‘Ohana restaurant at Walt Disney World’s Polynesian resort. The food is great and if you ever have a chance to go, be sure to make your reservation well ahead of time.
