We’ve been able to explore some of the many good restaurants in DeLand, Florida, often walking from Stetson University campus to the historic downtown. I’ll add to this list over time.  We recommend all of these. Restaurants in DeLand, Florida Angelina’s Pizzeria has delicious pizzas and Italian food at affordable prices.  Our portions were large, so you could share. Bill & Frank’s Brickhouse Grill has delicious food, but can get too crazy-busy on a weekend night, so try another time. 75th Bach Festival

This year is the 75th anniversary of the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park. Tonight, we attended a free open rehearsal for the big anniversary concert that will be performed on the 20th. Arts Fest

We did not know that for more than twenty years Arts Fest has been offering free admission to different venues in four central Florida counties. We decided to participate. Today, we dropped in on the Out of This World exhibit at the History Center in downtown Orlando. We saw sci-fi props and costumes from Star Trek, Star Wars, and more. Last week, we visited the Cornell Fine Arts Museum on the beautiful campus of Rollins College.
