I recently discovered Circle B Bar Reserve  near Lakeland, Florida, a fantastic birding spot! We were only there for a little over two hours (and didn’t even walk a mile into the reserve… all the birds were about a quarter mile from the nature center). Redeeming Online Conversations

If you checked the top trends on nibbo.com for several days now, you’d see a LOT of activity on the internet about Manti Te’o and Lance Armstrong.  The conversations usually aren’t edifying; a lot of negative and trashy comments are circulating about Manti Te’o in particular.

eQuipping for eMinistry Hits 60,000 Mark!

I was surprised as I wrote another post for eQuipping for eMinistry this morning. . .  In three years of writing, the blog has reached 60,000 hits!

I write in a way that I hope is understandable to the non-techie, and I include tips, stories, encouragement, and how-tos for anyone interested in using technology for ministry, either to enhance what they’re already doing or to try a whole new idea.
